Fixpoint Technologies LLC (“Fixpoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to www.fixpointtechnologies.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the information we collect through the Site, how we store and use it, and the choices available to you. This Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Use; by accessing or using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
Fixpoint reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any amendment will become effective immediately upon posting to the Site, and your continued use of the Site following the posting of an amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of it. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

What we collect.
Information you provide. We collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily submit through the Site — for example, when you request a briefing through our contact form or correspond with us by e-mail or telephone. This may include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, organization, mission area of interest, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain usage information through cookies, log files, and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, that collect this information in aggregate or anonymized form to help us understand how visitors use the Site. You can configure most browsers to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is set; some Site features may not function properly without cookies. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How we use and store it.

Fixpoint does not sell, lease, license, or rent personally identifiable information collected through the Site to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
We may share personally identifiable information with our affiliates and with third-party vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Site or responding to your submissions, and we require such parties to maintain that information in confidence and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process; where necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Fixpoint, our personnel, our clients, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, in which case the successor entity will be bound by this Policy with respect to previously collected information. We retain personally identifiable information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, subject to any longer retention period required by law or contract.

The Site is not for children.
The Site is not directed to, or intended for use by, children under the age of 13, and Fixpoint does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Site, please contact us at the address in Section 08.

Beyond our perimeter.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Policy applies only to the Site. Fixpoint does not control, and is not responsible for, the content or privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit before providing any information to it.

Commercially reasonable safeguards.
Fixpoint takes commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect the security of the information collected through the Site against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no transmission of data over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, can be guaranteed to be secure, and Fixpoint cannot and does not warrant the security of any information you transmit to us through the Site.
Do not transmit classified information, controlled unclassified information, or other sensitive material through the Site. If your inquiry concerns sensitive matters, describe the constraint at a high level and we will establish an appropriate channel before any sensitive material is exchanged.
07 / MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION
Your controls.
You may request that we disclose to you the personally identifiable information about you that we have collected through the Site, and you may request that we correct, update, or delete that information, by contacting us as described in Section 08. We will take commercially reasonable efforts to honor such requests, provided that we may retain certain information where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or where the information resides in routine backup systems, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights with respect to your personal information under applicable law, and nothing in this Policy limits those rights.
